The best bank i have ever had they help you when no one else would i am so thankful to such a great bank and all the employees are so nice and very helpful.
Worst bank Inhave ever dealt with. Their opt-in practices are shady at best. Julie (bank manager at Batesville) is rude and unapologetic. I even filed a Better Business Bureau complaint with NO RESPONSE! Meanwhile I am locked out of my account and can't access any of my money. My car is broke down and they can't help me. It's a "safety feature"
