It's quick, very polite staff food is fresh, Chicken Mc Nuggets were still warm and burgers were very good place was nice and quite.
Good quality of food caramel macchiato is great. Although drive-thru can be a little faster.
90% of the time they don't get my order right!! So I've learned to pull aside and check it and when it's wrong I have to wait around 10-15 minutes to get my order and sometimes the second order is wrong and there's another 10-15 minutes waiting!!!!!! When I was young I worked at a fast food restaurant and I was told that fast food was from the time the order was placed to pick up shouldn't take over 20 seconds total!!!!!! And we did it EVERY TIME!!! It seems today that the employee's are there only for the money they don't care about the quality of the food, how everything is kept clean, understanding the customers wants, and most of them are standing around talking and laughing in Spanish with trash running out into the floor!!!!
The drive thru is so painfully slow. Employees are nice though. Stopped here for a cup of coffee and it literally took 28 minutes to get through the drive thru. Always a long line. I've avoided going back to keep out of that line. I did see a sign that says you can order online and go to curbside pickup. I will try that next time. They have a serious issue with the drive thru timing.
Drive-thru employee dropped my change on the ground, then ordered me to pick it up. When I explained that I had muscular dystrophy, she slammed the drive thru window, got the change out of her drawer, and slammed it into my hand so hard that I now have injuries...This was reported to Joe but he was also EXTREMELY rude!
