It took them a month to file for a lost title (or claim to), and they told us that we'd get the title two weeks from there. It has been 3 months and our truck is STILL sitting in the driveway. We have been sharing one vehicle for 3 months, and it has been VERY difficult since we have totally different schedules.
LIARS!
They claim to have the title now and said they would hand deliver it or mail it, I told them I'd call them back after asking my husband, AND GUESS WHAT? NO ANSWER!
My husband and I bought a truck from them 3 months ago and we still haven't received a title for it. They never had one to begin with, and didn't tell us!
WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TEMPORARY TAGS!
I'm disgusted by their service and I will never purchase from them again!
