I don't go here very often. My experiences have been fine when I am there. The sale racks are a little overwhelming and messy.
Your store manager is really rude. I had a bad experience with Heather at the Eagle Mountain, Batesville, Ar store. I will tell my friends, family and anyone I meet about it. Your store is nicely stocked, but I won't be going back there, although the department stores in our town are limited.
