Staff is super nice and goes out of their way to help. We have a mailbox here and they always help me carry big heavy boxes to my truck. Top notch service. They’ve even printed out mailing labels for me when my printer ran out of ink. The owner, Thomas, is almost always there and is a very nice and helpful person. It is a great place to rent a mailbox and mail boxes.
Tried submitting my first online printing order. The UPS software is very confusing (no fault of the store) compared to FedEx. Finally got it formatted for printing, entered payment info, and submitted the job. Was kicked out due to an "Incorrect XML" error. The helpful chat dialog explained it was a problem with this particular store's cc processing, and that they'd contact their bank to correct it. Like this is the first time it's happened? I doubt it. These things should just work! Not exactly an Amazon experience.
