Flowers were good they were for my girlfriend on Christmas I am overseas and she said the flowers were fine but the message that was sent with the flowers was hand written and unreadable (bad handwriting) also I tried emailing them and making contact with them and never a response no communication since I am overseas this worried me I will try someone next time
Not from Batesville, but I had to send a plant for a friend who is grieving today and the lady who took my order was so pleasant.. They were professional and friendly.. I really appreciated them and would definetely do business with them again!
I used to love their work, and I've used them for awhile now. However, lately their work hasn't been nearly as good. In fact, the last arrangement i received was a Teleflora arrangement, and when I went to the Teleflora site, the arrangement I received didn't have HALF as many flowers in it, nor did it have the roses the picture showed. This was the second arrangement, since I'd sent the first one back. Not at ALL satisfied, and we sent that arrangement back as well. I realize times are hard and people have to cut corners, but customers need to get their money's worth also or you won't stay in business long!
