*Hot towels - Yes, but it's brief. I prefer to have them wrapped and plastic covered for 10 min.
*Clear coat on the edge of the nails to ensure it doesn't peel - to be honest, I was so relaxed, this is the first time I ever remember not watching when that was being done. I couldn't even tell you if she put a clear coat on, but I'd bet she did. :-)
*Beverage during session - they may have, but I wasn't offered anything.
Amazing got there just before closing wasn't turned away and got amazing acrylics for an amazing price!
Will definitely be going back. Nina did a fantastic job on my pedi. The massage alone was almost worth my visit. I like that they have a variety of pedis from which to choose. Specifics that I look for on the menu or in reviews are...

Have gone here for years they treat you like family
I went here yesterday and all of my nails are different shapes. But what makes this place HORRIBLE is that I picked out a color and they brought back a DIFFERENT color and said “were out of the color you want, so we will use this one instead”. They didn’t even give me a chance to pick out something else, so I sucked it up. The next day I went into the salon and asked if I could just get the color completely changed and instead of owing up to their mistake, it was literally the same person, they wanted to charge me $15 to color it.
*Massage - Yes, and it's WONDERFUL!

I have my feet done every other week here, they are very kind and respectful and caring, the people that work in the Shoppe tend to your needs very well and lesson to everything and will do whatever you want done this is why I like this Shoppe SO much
