Long story short...I was trying to purchase an item. Kept going back to the store just for that item. Owner calls her other store and puts a hold on my item and goes out of her way to pick it up for me and brings it back to my local shop. Finally, I’m getting my item! My rewards expired while waiting for this item to come in. I was aggravated and frustrated. Lady behind the counter explained to me what was causing the item to not come in and how the owner had gone out of her way to get my item. I felt crummy for being upset. They provided the absolute best customer service ever! Huge thank you to all of them!
