This Comfort Suites has great location on the North side of town. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly for the most part. The rates are a little expensive for the area, but there is a big road expansion project North of town here and the hotel has taken advantage of it. It has a small indoor pool and hot tub. It is highly chlorinated. The house phone in there doesn't work which could be a liability if ever an emergency would arise.
Comfortable rooms. A little pricey but comparable for the area. Staff is nice and professional. Did have an issue with our reservation - everywhere we go we get a king suite for 2 adults and 3 kids (one is a toddler) but fire code stated we needed a room with 2 double beds and the pull out couch. Not the hotels fault and they were professional in changing the room.
The room was spacious and had a lovely sitting area. The bed and pillows were awesome. Breakfast was delightful. We'll stay here again!
I've stayed in EVERY hotel in Batesville, AR. This hotel is by far the best one! Don't waste your time with the others. I will say that every hotel so far had great customer service but this one is the top place to stay by far! This hotel is way nicer than the rest.
Nice hotel. In the process of being renovated. Outside door to enter was unlocked and did not need to use key. Did not feel secure.
