One of our employees sent a package of flowers to the wrong state. They personally called us and said they wanted us to fix this since they saw that they were for someone's anniversary. If all UPS centers were like this we would do our business exclusively with them
They are always driving down my road and yet can not seem to find my house so I have to wait until it goes back before I can ask for it to be held and they only are open an hour for pickup which I'm at work
They never seem to drop my packages off at my house... on multiple occasions they have drove by delivered my packages to the wrong location then turn around and take it back to their facility we hich is an hour and a half away. All of this increasing my delivery time by two to three days..... I'm completely frustrated to the point that I will avoid ups at all costs even if I have to pay more for shipping. I just got off the phone with their represenitive who informed me that my package is just sitting their and that they can't ship it out today till their home office contacts me to update my new estimated delivery date. Why didn't you just stop when I waved you down when you came back to pick up my package none of this makes since....
