They don't know how to deliver mail to the correct address!
If you have nothing to do for the day then this is the perfect spot. The staff ignores everyone and is no hurry to help the people that come in. Don't expect service with a smile either; for that matter don't expect anything at all except angry looks, rude workers and incompetence.
