Not a big fan. Was 10 mins early spent for ever in line to check in for an 8am appointment. When finaly got to check in the lady marked me down as late and put me in as work in. Got stuck here for 8 hours which made the delivery a day late.
Nice friendly people to be expected for shipping and receiving a little slow but get you out of there pretty quick
Heavy raining. No roof to driver in line to check in. Clerk is so rude and warehouse personal doesn't want to work they have you waiting to your empty trailer gets to -20 exep if you pay them. A fellow driver gives the loader 80 bucks to get loaded without reach the temperature required, they try to rip me off to but i have to work too hard to give my money away to a person that have been paid to do his job. Because of my negative they have me 3 days waiting here. Every morning they ask me to check in and put me behind the arriving trucks and eventually when the sun rises the temperature on my trailer goes up and they don't load it. By the way i got a 2017 trailer with a C300 thermo king unit. Drivers should avoid this place. No brand name truck stops or showers around. Closest one is about 90 miles.
They don't deserve a 1 star! Staff was rude, took them 12 1/2 hrs to get us loaded. I wish I wouldn't of went with my husband on that trip it was an awful experience!
