Prices are high but they have stuff nobody else has
Knowledgeable staff, store is very well stocked & clean...
I love the store in Batesville Arkansas. It has a good supply of the things you would want or need for your pets food, toys, treats or snacks, puppy pads, & lots of other things. The pepole who work there are friendly & the store is clean. There also is plentyof room to move arould in the store. The only two complaints I have is #1 that some of the employees are not real clear on grooming details & groomers do not tell u that if there is a price defferance on some of the things they offer. #2 they will book more then one grooming at the sometime. I have seen up to three dogs booked for a bath & blow dry at the same time. That means you could have 2 waite up to three times as long for them to get your dog finished. You may not be prepared to waite that long. So your dog may not get its bath. That is not good. Over all it is a good place to shop for your pet.
Super friendly staff. I'll gladly drive over an hour to get my dog groomed here!
